If you have received a reminder even though you have already paid, there may be several reasons for this:
The minimum amount has not been reached
For monthly bills, at least the minimum amount shown on the bill must be paid. Partial payments below this limit are considered insufficient.
The payment has failed
Please check whether the transferred amount has been refunded to your account (e.g. due to incorrect details). The payment was made to the practice instead of MF Health. In this case, please send the merchant a payment confirmation and request a cancellation of the purchase. Please also inform MF Health about the incident.
Incorrect payment details
Check that all payment information has been entered correctly (e.g. reference number, amount, account).
