In the middle of the following month, a monthly invoice is generated summarising all outstanding amounts. You will receive this invoice by post, including a payment slip. An administration fee of CHF 2.90 applies to the monthly invoice. You also have the option to pay the total outstanding amount in instalments.

The amount shown on the invoice is incorrect, what should I do?
It is possible that your payment overlapped with the invoice dispatch. In such cases, the amount shown may already be partially or fully paid but not yet correctly updated.
To verify this, we recommend logging into our Self-Service platform. There you can see your current payment status and any remaining balance in real time.
