There may be several reasons why you have not yet received your invoice:
Dispatch timing
Monthly invoices are sent at the beginning of each month. Please allow a little more time, as delays can occasionally occur.
Incorrect or outdated address
It’s possible that an incorrect or outdated address is on file. Please provide us with your current address so we can update our records accordingly. You can find the available contact options in this article.
Outstanding amount is too low
If your total outstanding balance is below CHF 10.–, no monthly invoice is issued. In this case, you will only receive an invoice once additional charges bring the total amount above this minimum threshold.
