Use our self-service platform
You can easily take care of many matters yourself at any time via our digital customer platform. The MF Health self-service platform allows you to view your invoice data at any time, independently of customer service, and make certain changes yourself.
Via the platform, you can:
- View your current balance
- Call up an overview of all invoices, payments, credit notes and debits
- Request a change of address
- Change the delivery method for your invoices (e.g. by email or post)
Registration is easy with the details on one of your previous invoices. If you do not have an invoice to hand, our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you.

Important note
Please note that not all enquiries can be handled by telephone. In certain cases, we require a written enquiry for legal or data protection reasons. Furthermore, we do not offer any services at our counter and can only be contacted via the channels listed above.
