Monthly invoices are payable by the end of the current month. The specific payment deadline is stated on your invoice and the enclosed payment slip.
What are the consequences of missing one or more payments?
If a payment is missed, a reminder will be sent by post to your current address. Additional reminder fees will also be charged. The amount of these fees can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) on our homepage.
Can I pay the entire amount or more than the minimum amount?
Yes, that is possible. You will receive two payment slips with each invoice:
- One payment slip with the minimum amount is already filled in.
- A blank payment slip allows you to enter an amount of your choice.
You decide whether you want to pay the minimum amount, a partial amount or the entire outstanding amount, depending on your current situation. To make the payment, please use the QR code shown on your invoice.

In how many instalments can I pay?
If a fixed monthly amount was agreed upon at the time of your order, it will be shown on your invoice.
If no fixed amount is stated, there is no set number of instalments. In this case, you only need to ensure that you pay at least the minimum amount indicated on the invoice.
