If you have a credit balance on your MF Health account, you have two options:
Use the credit for future treatments
The credit remains on your customer account and will automatically be applied to a future invoice once a new treatment is processed through MF Health.
Request a refund
You can, of course, request a payout of your credit balance. To do so, please log in to our Self-Service platform and provide the required information. Please note that refund requests cannot be submitted via email or telephone.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the account holder registered with MF Health or, if proven, to the person who made the original payment. According to our Terms and Conditions, processing fees may apply for refunds.
What happens if I overpaid?
If you have overpaid, the amount will automatically be credited to your MF Health account. In this case, the same options apply as for any other credit balance.
