The ZEK (Central Credit Information Agency) is an independent agency that centrally collects credit information, for example in connection with installment payment agreements, leasing, or credit cards.
In certain cases of late payment or breach of contract, MF Health is legally obliged to report this to the ZEK. However, MF Health cannot provide any information about existing entries in the ZEK register.

For all questions regarding your ZEK entry (e.g. type of entry, deletion, correction, etc.), please contact ZEK or IKO directly.
Please note that inquiries to MF Hewalth regarding ZEK cannot be processed.
