In certain cases, we are legally obliged to obtain additional information from our customers. This may be necessary, for example, under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA).
What is the CCA form?
The CCA form is required when you place an order with partial payment. It is used to check your financial solvency, as required by law.
Where can I find the CCA form?
The CCA form is automatically sent as an attachment to the invoice if the total amount of the order is CHF 499.- or more.
How do I submit the form?
Please complete the form in full and send it to us by post. Unfortunately, we cannot process your case without the complete information.
What happens if I do not complete the CCA form?
In certain cases, the submission of the CCA form is required by law. If the CCA form is missing, we are obliged to refuse partial payment for amounts over CHF 499.-.
This means:
- Amounts over CHF 499 are due immediately
- Amounts up to CHF 499 can still be paid in instalments
We recommend that you submit the relevant form as soon as possible to avoid additional costs or restrictions.
