Why is treatment on account not possible?

There may be various reasons why treatment on account is not possible. Here are a few examples:

 

• You are not yet of legal age.
• You are not resident in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
• We cannot find you at the address you have provided.
• Your personal account limit is insufficient at this time.
• You are in arrears with your payments.
• You would like to use a c/o address.
